By using the Company’s products, software , servises, portal and app, you understand and agree that the company will treat your use of the services as acceptance of these terms from such point of usage. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Numera reserves the right to deny access to the app without notice for unauthorized use, rights transfer attempts, or violation of terms.
2. License:
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Numera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Numera App on a compatible device solely for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, resell, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the app. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. Numera reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
3. Copyright:
All content available on the Numera App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, data compilations, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is the exclusive property of Numera or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any part of the Content without prior consent from Numera. Any unauthorized use of the Content, including but not limited to commercial exploitation, may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and other available remedies under applicable law.
4. Force Majeure:
If performance of any Services or obligations under the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use or any other provisions of the Policies, by us or other third parties in fulfilment of associated transactions (for e.g. payment gateways etc) is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with on account of a Force Majeure Event (defined below) , then we (or associated third – parties) shall be excused from such performance to the extent of and during the period of such Force Majeure Event.
A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, flood, earthquakes, explosion , civil commotion , strikes or industrial action of any kind, acts of government , computer hacking, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption.

Use of the app is at your own risk. Numera provides the app “as is” without warranties of any kind. Numera is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from using the app.
6. User Conduct:
When using forums or communication features, you agree not to engage in unlawful, defamatory, or harmful activities. Uploading viruses, conducting surveys, or downloading unauthorized files is prohibited.
7. Equipment:
You are responsible for maintaining your own equipment to access Numera and covering any related costs.

Numera provides information from various sources and does not guarantee accuracy. The app is provided “as is,” and Numera disclaims all warranties, including those of accuracy, timeliness, and suitability.

11. Attorney’s Fees:
Numera is entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs if legal action is taken to enforce this agreement.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Numera. Numera does not provide investment advice, and you assume full responsibility for your financial decisions.
13. Termination:
Numera may terminate this agreement and your access for unauthorized use, rights transfer attempts, or violations of terms. Upon termination, all rights revert to Numera.
14. Purchases and Payment:
Numera accepts various payment methods, and users must ensure their payment information is current and accurate for all transactions. Applicable taxes may be added, and all payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, and refuse or limit any order at our discretion.
15. Subscriptions:
Billing and Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. The billing cycle depends on your chosen plan. Free Trial New users may receive a free trial for a set period. Charges will apply as per the selected plan after the trial ends. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
16. Prohibited Activities:
Users must not use the Services for purposes other than those authorized by us. Prohibited activities include:
- Systematically extracting data to compile a database without permission.
- Circumventing or interfering with security features.
- Unauthorized framing or linking of the Services.
- Engaging in misleading practices to obtain sensitive information.
- Abusing support services or submitting false reports.
- Using automated tools for data extraction or system disruption.
- Competing with the Services for commercial purposes.

19. Refund Policy & Subscription Fees:
Fees paid for subscriptions or services are nonrefundable except as required by applicable law. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if You experience a technical error that prevents access to the App, and we are unable to resolve the issue. You may cancel a paid service within the trial period (if applicable) during which no fees will be charged. Refund Requests: Submit refund requests via email to support@numera.in, including proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
20. Governing Law:
These terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
21. Corrections:
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update or change the information at any time without prior notice.
22. User Data:
We may retain certain data you provide to the Services to manage their performance and track usage. While we conduct routine backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own data. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data, and you waive any claims against us for such incidents.
23. Suspension & Termination:
Grounds for Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you Violate these Terms. Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the App and its services will cease immediately, and any associated data may be deleted, subject to applicable laws. Violation of Terms of Use: In case of violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to Suspend or terminate your account. Take legal action to recover damages. Prevent future access to the App.
